The Dallas Athletic Rugby Club requires all members who wish to compete in all matches to be registered with USA Rugby (CIPP). Having our players CIPP'd under our club - "Dallas Athletic Rugby Club" protects the club and host venue from being liable for any injuries that may take place. Below is a quote from USA Rugby's website:
